I cannot say enough great things about Clark’s Cadillac and especially Chris! From the moment I called until I drove away in my beautiful new Cadillac, the experience was absolutely top-notch.
Poor Chris definitely had his hands full with me. 😂 I was asking a million questions and apparently had no idea that cars these days don’t even need a key to start! He was patient, never made me feel silly, and took the time to explain every feature until I felt comfortable.

Had a service appointment two days ago. Waited in the waiting area. What a pleasure! Coffee, snacks, water all provided. Clean restrooms nearby. And all this without having to drive to Cary! This is our second vehicle we've purchased through Clark and I can't recommend them more highly.
This was the smoothest easiest car purchase I have ever made. Ross made it very easy. He went over all the accessories and how to use them. Answered all my questions. I would drive 3 1/2 hours to purchase from them again!

I worked with Chris through the process of purchasing a used car. He was excellent to work with, always responded in a timely manner, and was always very nice and respectful when discussing the deal. I also heard the owner Troy Clark is very hands on at the dealership which should give you a very good feeling about doing business at Clark Chevrolet.
I always take my car to Clark for any service. They are reasonably priced and do a great job. I took my car in for a check engine light, which of course went off when I pulled into the dealer. Matt had the service department run a scan to see if they could determine if anything was wrong. They did the scan but couldn't find anything. There was no charge and the car was washed. Super job Matt!

I love this dealership,the atmosphere there is very warm ans welcoming,it has great people. We met with Chris and he was very humble, respectful and not trying to talk us into diffrent cars and so many fees that other dealerships tend to add on.

I was pleasantly surprised when one of the owners of Clark Chevrolet Cadillac personally added air to my tires that I presumed was overlooked by service. He was also distressed that a package in the back seat of my car was slightly damp due to the car wash included with an oil change. Prior to this visit I felt like I was just a typical customer waiting for her vehicle to be serviced. No more. The Clark owner who added his own knowledge to car care, was immensely appreciated by this customer.
Chris was awesome helping us out with our purchase! And the dealership was simple and straightforward. No unforseen fees, and a great priced car.

This is my first time purchasing a Cadillac, and Clark Cadillac of Pinehurst made it easy and even enjoyable from the decision process all the way through the paperwork and delivery. Ian was so helpful and found me the model with the options I wanted, had it delivered expeditiously, and had it waiting for me all clean and shiny for pickup when promised! All of my questions and concerns were addressed, and I drove out of that lot a super happy customer. Oh, and by the way, love my CT5 with all the bells & whistles (so many come standard).

Stay away from this dealership. Very dishonest and would not recommend. Owner, Troy Clark, should not even be running a business. No customer service at all.
